Preference will be given to the candidates that demonstrate extensive understanding of maritime and marina operations; marketing and outreach; experience in local, state or national park operations and management; customer service; employee supervision, coaching, mediation, and evaluation of a seasonal workforce in a decentralized environment; and designing and implementing training programs for a seasonal workforce.
