Job Description:
Operate science winches and assist Marine Technicians and scientist. Stand lookout on bridge watch. Assist with mooring and anchoring operations. Assist with general vessel maintenance and cleaning. 30 day minimum tour. Full medical and dental package from union. You would be required to sign up with Master, Mates, and Pilots Union at end of first 30 days. You must have USCG seaman’s documentation. This is aboard the US EPA R/V Lake Guardian – 180′ length
